Armenia has an outsized technical workforce relative to its population — Krisp, SuperAnnotate, Activeloop, PicsArt, the ServiceTitan engineering hub in Yerevan, plus a wave of post-2022 Russian-speaking AI talent. A non-trivial share of the engineers working on agent tooling globally are Armenian by heritage or location. GeraNexus is built so their employers and their own startups can ship in the emerging agent-commerce stack without reinventing consent, escrow, or dispute from scratch.

Regulation — where GeraNexus fits with RA law

Agent-initiated commerce in Armenia is governed by the same legal stack as any commercial transaction: RA Civil Code, RA Consumer Rights Protection, SRC tax rules, CBA payment-provider licensing where payment flows through the platform. GeraNexus' consent primitive carries forward the RA Personal Data Protection Law (2015) consent granularity into agent contexts — the human, not the agent, is the data subject.

On general availability, GeraNexus pricing in Armenia will be usage-based with an AMD-denominated developer tier:

  • Developer: free up to 10,000 agent transactions / month
  • Startup: ~25,000 ֏/month
  • Business: from ~100,000 ֏/month usage-based

Armenian use case — a Yerevan SaaS

A Kentron-based B2B SaaS startup exposes a GeraNexus-compatible checkout so that enterprise-buyer agents (think procurement bots at a US Fortune-500) can purchase seats, consent to a DPA, and complete escrow without a human sales rep in the loop. The Armenian startup captures revenue from a buyer it would otherwise struggle to reach. Settlement in AMD to Ardshinbank.

Diaspora angle

A diaspora user in Los Angeles uses an AI assistant to book a GeraRent stay in Dilijan for her parents. The assistant initiates the booking, GeraNexus brokers consent + escrow + verified completion, her USD card is charged, the villa in Dilijan is confirmed in AMD. No human in the loop on either side.
